Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may:

• use the withdrawal button directly in the app (Settings → Subscription → Withdraw) — valid under EU law from 19 June 2026, or
• inform us (IQRIC Systems OÜ, Harju maakond, Kuusalu vald, Pudisoo küla, Männimäe/1, 74626 Estonia, email: customersupport@iqric.com) by means of a clear written statement (for example by email).

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. Sending the notification before the end of the withdrawal period is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will refund the proportionate amount for the unused days of the current billing period (pro rata). The calculation is based on the remaining days until the end of the 30-day period from conclusion of the contract. Access is deactivated upon receipt of the withdrawal notification.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notification, using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For digital content, the right of withdrawal expires early if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
